Capital Marine Construction is owned and run by Bill Thiel. The company was founded in Brevard County in 2003 and has been building docks, seawalls, boat lifts and boathouses here ever since.
We are a Florida Certified General Contractor, and we also hold a certified roofing license. On the water that matters: it means the dock, the structure on top of it and the roof over it are all built by one company that answers for the whole job.
