Seawalls usually fail slowly, and the early signs are easy to miss. Call us if you see any of these.

What we build
Vinyl sheet pile seawalls do not rust or rot and are the most common choice for new and replacement walls on the lagoon. Concrete seawalls and caps are used where the site or the existing wall calls for them. Either way, the wall is only as good as what holds it back, so tie-backs and anchors are part of every wall we build.

Questions we hear
Can my seawall be repaired, or does it need to be replaced?
It depends on what is failing. A cracked cap, loose tie-backs or soil washing out behind the wall can often be repaired. A wall that is leaning, bowing or rotating usually cannot. We look at the wall in person and tell you which it is.
Do I need a permit to build or replace a dock or seawall?
Almost always, yes. Docks, seawalls and boat lifts in Brevard County need a building permit from the county or from your city, and depending on the site the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers may also need to sign off. We prepare the drawings and handle the permit applications as part of the job.
Can you replace the dock at the same time as the seawall?
Yes, and it is often the best time to do it. The dock usually has to come off the wall for the work anyway, so rebuilding both together saves doing the job twice.
